Call for Sponsorship

On behalf of the AASG 2019 Organizing Committee, we invite you to consider becoming a sponsor. We have a convenient Invitation to Sponsor that lists all the benefits of sponsoring AASG 2019. The page below summarizes the different sponsorship levels.

The AASG is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization that represents the chief executives of the geological survey agencies from the 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. Montana Bureau of Mines and Geology (MBMG) has not hosted the Annual Meeting since 2001, and we are looking forward to a successful and productive event. Our four-day meeting includes technical sessions, field trips, and keynote addresses by invited speakers from across the realm of science, energy, environment, and policy. Keynote speakers often include congressmen, senior congressional staff, leaders in industry and non-profits sectors, and federal agency executives.

Theme of the year is coming up soon!!!!

We have four levels of sponsorship:

Each sponsorship level has commensurate opportunities for signage, website presence, ads in our programs, and complimentary registrations so you can learn more about state survey perspectives on issues important to you, and interact with top geologists from across the country. We always welcome and value participation and input from our stakeholders and supporters.

You can download the AASG Annual Meeting Sponsorship Form below, and submit it through the U.S. Postal Service, by email at jmetesh@mtech.edu, or fax it to 406-496-4451. MBMG would like to receive sponsorship commitments by April 15th, 2019.
