Biography & Research Interests

Sara is a hydrogeologist with MBMG's Groundwater Assessment Program (GWAP), where her main focus is on aquifer mapping and assessment associated with GWAP's groundwater characterization effort across the state. Her research interests include groundwater geochemistry as a tracer for aquifer recharge sources, groundwater-surface water interaction, and acid rock drainage and abandoned mines.
